[RACES-Membership] New Call /Email

There are several of you that have asked about my new Call KS7TAN and if I
am going to get a new email address.  The answer is yes.  This weekend I
will be changing my email address to Stan @ KS7TAN.com.  I will immediately
let everyone know as soon as I have it changed over, since the old one will
not work at all after the new one is activated.
