[RACES-Core] Monthly Saturday Hospital Drill

Hello all, this is a tickler reminder that we will have the monthly Saturday
Hospital Drill this Saturday Feb., 20, 2010, immediately following the Sat
RACES VHF Net at 13:00,   The goal would be to have operators at all 9
hospitals.  We will do check in on VHF 147.300 then go to channel 5 UHF
447.875 to make comments etc., and then go back to 147.300 to get permission
to close your station.
