[Racal] RA1796A and VRQ317 possibly to sell

I have an RA1796A receiver and a VRQ-317 transceiver. Receiver seems to work
fine and all functions that I know about or can figure out do what they
should. VRQ-317 powers up and I can set a frequency but other than that I'm
stumped.

Would be interested in any information on either of these items and also
what sort of value I could assign to them. I doubt I will want to keep them
but would like to get a fair price for them. Any ideas?
