[Racal] RA6778 firmware

My latest ebay "bargain" turns out to have one of the firmware eproms 
blank, showing all Fs.  Is there anyone who owns a working one of these 
that can give me a firmware listing?    In my case it is the U7 eprom 
that is blank, but ideally I would like a dump of all three, in case 
there are any variations between production runs.  

Will I ever learn?  Probably not!
