[Racal] RA1795 Firmware?

Is there anyone out there that has or can get, and email to me,  a hex 
listing of the firmware EPROMs for this radio?  Mine has two 2764s made 
by Intel vintage 1982, and one of them has an area with all FFs.  The 
part numbers are: 56-6047 and 56-6046, Issue 1.

Any format will do, my programmer will cope with just about anything.   
And needless to say, I'm desperate!
