Let me echo this warning.  In my one dealing with this seller, they told 
me the same thing, even after allowing me to contact the technician who 
admitted his testing amounted to flipping on the power switch and 
verifying that "it lit up".  I was able to negotiate a price reduction 
but it was like pulling teeth to actually get the money out of them.
