HI all
 
I would like to obtain a circuit diagram and or service manual for a
Racal MA350. This is an LO frequency synthesizer generating an external
VFO 2 (3.6-4.6 MHz) for the RA 117. The synthesizer shows unlocked all
of the time but is on frequency (better than 1 ppm) over a very narrow
range. (Indicated 620 to 670 KHz).  It is all solid state (discrete) and
if necessary I will have to make own diagram until I find the problem.
The circuit diagram would make it a lot easier. 
 
If anyone can help with a copy I will be glad to pay for the costs
