Yes, with the secondary centre tap grounded through a link on the A4 
pcb.  It's pretty obvious where if you look at it.

The best way would be to cut the link and ground (earth) one side of the 
line out, you can do this at the far end.  Or just use one side of the 
output and ground, but you'll get less output that way.

Telford might be able to supply it...  Or they come up on the on line 
auction place from time to time.
Be careful of those offered from a US source, they seem to  a copy of an 
early draft of an early version 1792 that may have been exported to the 
US, and have lots of vital bits of information missing, pretty useless 
really.
