[Racal] MA79 Transmitter driver

Hello,
I've been renovating a couple of these units for a while now.
I can't get more than 3V p-p out of either of them, I reckon I should get about 6Vp-p to give the
100mW into a 75 ohm load. I wonder if anyone else is currently using or repairing one of these to
get some comparative readings other than those in the manual.
Been over the filters a few times and checked valve readings and changed a few components and
replaced some missing bits but seem to have come to a dead end.
Any tips would be gratefully received.
