Lee, Hi.  You can get them, but they cost an arm and half a leg.   
Either from the cartel of dealers in obsolete chips on the internet, 
most of whom have a $100 (US) minimum, or you could try Gary Wingerd, 
who sells all spares for the more modern US racals.
