One of the most useful sources for spares in the UK is Colomor
Electronics:

I bought a set of RA17L tubes / valves from them about a year ago and
they had very reasonable prices, having said that, they've taken to
using eBay recently and the prices may have changed. One of the
reasons for the RA17C-12 was the difficulty then of getting some of the
valve types in the US, so for yours this might be a good idea.

I'd bet good money that the Plessey Plug for the power connection is
impossible to find, but there was one on eBay recently, as were a bunch
of logos.

I'm no expert, having only re-built my two, but if there is anything I
might be able to help with, do ask,

I'd agree BAMA is the route for manuals. I don't remember any particular
difficulty downloading them, only the pasteing together of the
schematics was tricky :^)

I have made acceptable reproductions of the brass logos using a laser
printer, the iron on stuff normally used for printed circuits, hobby
brass strip and etching with PC etch. I have a .bmp file of the artwork
somewhere, if you would like to try this.

Finally a useful resource for the older Racals is Keith's site:
