My RA-17C-12's have hard wired power cords, which was one of the variants of
this rendition (for US/Canada).  What kind of connector is it -- round UK
mil type?

As for manuals, you can download a suitable one from the bama site. That
would be at http://bama.sbc.edu/racal/ra17l

Use Netscape or an ftp program.  IE doesn't seem to work well with the site.
