[Racal] ARRL Frequency Measurement Test

I just heard that my results in the recent FMT, using all Racal
equipment, was within 0.2 Hz on both 40 and 20, the only two bands that
I could hear W1AW on here in California.  Not bad for a 20 odd year old
receiver and frequency standard.

All the credit should go to the gear not me: (RA1792 receiver with
frequency measuring options, 1 Hz readout and 100 KHz IF out, 9475
Rubidium standard, and 1992 Counter, also the only non R element a Tek
Scope)
