MANUAL FOR THE ABOVE RECEIVER? i HAVE JUST GOT ONE, IT SEEMS TO WORK,, BUT 
WILL NOT TUNE, ITS AS IF I AM TUNING THE DISPLAY NOT THE SET, ANY IDEAS?
