[Racal] RA117 calibrator

*****Don,strip down time!!!!All the paper capacitors and resistors will be
buggered.Check both valves (6BE6,6BA6).After that,follow the instructions in
the manual,they work! You'll probably find it will not fire up immediately
but five minutes and it will!!
