Hi Marco,
I have no dope on the panoramic interface, but the later Racal units work with
a 21.4 MHz input.

GB      .3/1/3+/6 KHZ SYM FILTERS WITH 3KHZ USB and LSB

S2       9442 STANDARD fitted

0    No Interface fitted

S    I thought was the 100 kHz IF convertor.......

0     This  should be the frequency step,  1 Hz or 10 Hz,  and list search or
100 channel scanning but you're in a good position to know what is in your
particular radio. I've seen two versions of this one.
A is AC power

80730 is the earlier 3 eprom version.  For a more exact date check the date
codes on the ICs   I think it was a Mk 2

No doubt someone will have better info than mine.

I hope you have better luck with your Tantalum caps than I did with mine which
is about the same serial (10,000 odd).  I found a total five of them had gone
short circuit, so ended up replacing them all for peace of mind.
