The twist-lock plugs are designed to keep the plug from being pulled loose.
I have several mil radios (here in US) with different sizes, but so far the
orienatiom has not been an obvious problem.
NEWARK ELECTRONICS (which has a big catalog) maybe has such plugs for sale,
as might GRAYBAR ELECTRIC...these are two big electrical/electronic
distributors. You might check their web pages (if any).
Actually, GRAYBAR has more electrical products while NEWARK is more
electronics. I've had to bring one particular piece to the distributor's
warehouse to try different sizes...they laughed at me, but I got what I
needed.
