Hi Martin,

You can get the connector via American Connector Company at www.amccfl.com .
They are in Miami, FL at 305 591 7530.  Quite knowlegeable guys-connector
with backshell is about $30.00.  I hear there's also a cable available from
Colin Trass at www.Visualradio.com .
