Hi Glen,
No, not really, only the early Amphenol connectors were made like this, so you can change a pin quite easily.
But not on the later ones...

Look at the back of the connector.
The pins may be held in with a small clip.
If so you can replace the bad pin from a donor without changing the entire connector.
