[R-390] Cam alignment

Thanks Barry. Found the KHz shaft gear clamp to the VFO was the wrong size and used thin “shims” to make it “look” like it’s a smaller gear clamp. Needless to say, that KO has failed. 

The radio is now up on the top of a storage shelf; that will force me to REALLY want to get back to it when I have to haul it back down. 

I will get to it eventually, but it is now too frustrating and this is a hobby, not a job. I DO like to tone on it listening to baseball games, so maybe next time I will pull the RF deck off and remove the springs from coils so settings to 7.000+ is much easier (I did that this time).

In the meantime I will keep my eyes peeled for an RF deck for cheap they I can get some clamps from. Too bad Fair Radio is closed up.
