[R-390] Need new R-390 website admin

I'll be moving to a different home in a few months and will be without
internet services to watch and care for our website.  This is an
unexpected decision I had to make.  My plan is to move about 30 miles
south of my current south San Jose Ca. location, but have not found a
home there, yet.

The experience needed for administration is not that much and I can
guide you the way, but I only have a couple months to do it.  The
reliability of it has been outstanding, so it takes very little time,
but someone needs to be available just in case.  I've written a small
document about this and will send it to anyone interested.  Please let
me know soon.  Thank you.
