[R-390] TM 11-856 Change 3

Hi Jim,
I believe that the "Changes" C1 to C5 are only the changes applied to the TM11-856 manual.
The "Mods" are hardware/component changes at the module level applied to R-390/URR in production or retrofit(s).

Beware of the TM11-5820-35 Chapter 73 (page 88) about the cams mechanical alignment/synchronisation.
There was a big printing error in the TM11-856 Chapter 110 (page 116) that was corrected by the C4, page 13.
But that correction was not transferred to the TM11-5820-35...
Curiously, the first Collins manual (October 23 1953) is OK on that respect (Chapter 110 - page 158).
