[R-390] SSB Detector - Jan Skirrow

I know this is a long shot but does anyone have a copy of the front panel
template from Jan's SSB Detector kit (~2006) ?   I purchased this kit from
someone on the mail list many years ago and put it away.  Well, now building
it and while it's complete in parts, including the Hammond project case, the
front panel cutout templates are missing.  Perhaps, someone scanned a copy?
