[R-390] My 'new' R390

Tomorrow I'll get it down on my bench and start work on it. Hopefully I can
clean up the switch and get it working again.

Does the line filter go bad on the R390s? I had to change one on my R390A.
It would be more of a task on this with the plug for the cord.
