[R-390] Accessing Crystals in an R-390/URR

Please disregard that message.  There's an oscillator sub-chassis for sale
on eBay at the moment and I can see where that cover wraps around the
entire side of the other part of the sub-chassis so it couldn't be lifted
out that way.  Also, there are two screws on the inside of the bottom that
can't be removed without removing the entire sub-chassis.

My 10.5 MHz crystal is running a bit high and I have another one I'd like
to try but that's probably more work than I want to do just to test it out.
