[R-390] Signal discussion and divide by zero

The URM 25D leaks like a sieve if it hasn't be rebuilt as Dallas Langford described in a Hollow State newsleter article. It's low level RF output accuracy is highly debatable at its age.
I have two Fluke 6080AN signal generators that can be trusted.  They also weigh about 60 pounds a piece and try to give one a hernia when moving.  I also have a HP 8656B.  It tries to give one only a half hernia when moved.
Bottom line: until one has a significantly better test equipment, The results and opinions expressed aren't valid.
