Some of the overseas members have had trouble using the military TM's.
They are best forgotten and use instead the Y2KR3 manual.
It has everything you need in an updated real world instructions.
The TM's were created close to 70 years ago and written in "militarize" style and used test jigs no longer available and are hard to follow even if English was one's first language.
Also check the R390 tutorial section where the is a wealth on info.
