[R-390] Treetop product detector

I went to the Treetop site and I see where there are files that can be
used to make a PCB; however, the instructions and exactly what is
needed as far as other parts I found to be unclear.  If anyone has
more information on that, I would like to know - especially if anyone
might have one for sale (of course, Francesco gets first pick).
