[R-390] Official spec entry in 'References' updated

Hi Gianni,  Yes, you are right - the 2nd entry should be for the Unbalanced
antenna input.  The error is on the top of page 7 in the entry following
'3.13.5 *Sensitivity*.- (contd)'.  It should read: '*Unbalanced input*'
instead of  '*Balanced input*'.
