[R-390] Lubrication of KC and MC Bushings

I found that lubrication figure. It is Figure 89 on page 114 of the TM
11-856 manual. It does not mention lubricating the KC or MC shafts so now
I'm not sure if I should. I wouldn't think a few small drops of synthetic
oil would hurt there.
