[R-390] Official specs

Hi, Giovanni,

I do believe such a document exists.  I think I have seen it but I don’t know off-hand where it can be found but I suspect it’s on the group’s website.  I’m using my phone so digging around for it is rather awkward from here but someone can probably point you to it. 

Are you planning on one of your wonderful books for the R-390/URR and/or R-390A/URR?
