[R-390] R-390/URR - PTO Flatness

Barry, if your 70H-2 PTO have a top adjustment on the Z702, you have the 2nd
version (see attached .pdf for the differences).
This 2nd version 70H-2 is virtually identical to the 70H-12 used in the
R-390As.
The 1st version do not have a top adjustment (like in the picture attached).
