[R-390] The 'Pearls' on our website

Wei-i Li has been maintaining the 'Pearls' on our website for more than 25
years now.  Unfortunately, he is retiring from the R-390A world and won't
be updating them any longer.  Thank you Wei for doing this very helpful
tool for so loooooooong!

So now we need a successor to keep them going.  They only need to be
updated once a year, so it is not a lot of work.  But, it is very
important work.  After updating them, you send them to the
website administrator (me, for  installation).   I have found a lot of very
good information in there.   Believe me, it is much easier to search the
Pearls than the list archives.  The 'Pearls' on our website is broken down
into 30 categories.  This makes the files much smaller and easier to search
for the subject you are looking for.

The 'Pearls' needs a new keeper.  I can't do it, so I'm looking for a
volunteer.
