These are photos of the Series 500 IF deck schematic from the TRD-15 direction finder manual.  This is what I used to modify a R-390 IF deck to use in my R-390A.  I made a video of it on youtube at Convert R-390 IF deck for use in R-390A, superior sound. R-725/URR like conversion.
