[R-390] Any more hints for removing Antenna trim assembly?

Hi group...

It appears that the Antenna Trim assembly was damaged when I most recently 
re-installed the RF deck. The deck is very difficult to either remove or 
replace as it binds metal to metal on each side of the RF deck front plate. 
I had to push down very firmly and it let go rather suddenly and crashed 
into place.

I've read Larrys' article or the repair of the Ant Trim assembly several 
times, but I'm curious if there are others with experience in removing the 
spring pin that fixes the capacitor shaft to the gear assembly.

Any hints greatly appreciated...!
