[R-390] R-390A 6C4 Mixers

HI Jordan,

I hesitated to mention the Mullards M8080 / CV4058 because I never tried any
in my R-390As.
But these box-shaped anode 6C4 / 6100 equivalents are the best-sounding
version of the 6C4 that are used in many hi-end tube preamplifiers.
A CV133 can be any variant of the 6C4 because they can came from any
manufacturer, but not the M8080.
What about the ones you have ??
