[R-390] Proposed update to Y2KR3 Tech Ref on our website

Larry,

I requested the source from Perry Sandeen as I have it from him for v. 2 but not v.3.  Perrrier is searching for it in his archives. Else, we may have to reverse engineer v.2 to get to reconstructed source for v.3

Can you keep a list of corrections and additions and we can work towards a version 4?
