[R-390] Set-Screw Thread Size?

Hi Jacques,

You're right!  I knew it was slightly larger than a #4-40 but didn't
realize they were quite that large (I didn't actually measure them but I
should have).

I have an 8-36 tap that I must've bought 20 years ago when I was working on
some R390As.  I just wanted to clean up the threads a bit so I'm good to go
now.
