[R-390] Knob Drawings PDF's here

Ok that was just a test so don’t bother renaming any of those yet. I need
to experiment and re-do the batch with auto-crop to remove some white
space.

Actually, rather than renaming the file directly, just look at them and
email me a list with descriptive names like
07-terminal strip
08-rivet
09-large knob
Etc.
and I’ll append that to file names and use it for the index listing. If you
like, include any additional info/notes that I can add to the index.

Or maybe Gary’s DFL file will provide titles?

Once I get all the preliminary files on line, we can split up the work of
naming to whoever volunteers.

Then I can easily rename them all, declare victory and move on.
