[R-390] Knob Drawings PDF's here

FWIW - I did a quick test of batch conversion to pdf -  I set it to
downsize 50% and rotate.
A random sampling looks OK. I'll look at adding titles and cropping later
My OCR sometimes will extract the title and drawing number from te pdf but
I need to look at the index program to see how that will help.
Just a test - Here are 100 files Tom classified as "small parts, knobs"
