[R-390] Knob Drawings PDF's here

The indexer shows only the drawing number which is not all that helpful. There is a drawing number list with description in the drawing set that helps some. What would be great is to rename the docs to match what’s in them but that would be very tedious. 
I renamed a few of the more important ones.

If there *is* a process to convert these all to PDF, that would be a good thing to document. 

My guess is that the index is in some weird format and well into the “good luck with that” department.
