[R-390] Are R-390A Drawings Stored Somewhere?

 I got the R-390A drawings on CD from Ft Monmouth in 1998 and distributed copies around to a few people.

I have them here on CD with a clunky govt image viewer called INDEXR that doesn't work anymore from the CD.The good news is there is a new version of the image viewer that I downloaded from here:MSD

So I was able to view the drawings on my PC today.The whole set is 108 MB.
Are these stored in our files section or somewhere else?
Is there a good drop box I can dump them to so a smart person can preserve these on a website somewhere (if that is not done already)?TIA,
