[R-390] R-390A Z503 specifications by Jacques Fortin

Hi All,

Jacques and I have been collaborating on a two level gain control for the
AGC amp in the R-390A's to improve SSB reception. During our
communications, we were concerned about the effect of too much or increased
current through Z503. He remembered not being able to find the specs on it,
so he measured them and sent them to me to preserve and make easily
available to all 390 folks. He believes it is the same tank used in the
R-390. So, I wrote up a very small document with the specifications in it.
