[R-390] R-390a not receiving below 8 MHz

Good evening,

 

I have an R-390a that will not receive below 8Mhz.  I have replaced the 17
MHz crystal with a known good crystal.  The filament on the 1st mixer tube,
V202 seemed to not be lighting up so I replaced it with a 6C4WA and still no
reception.

 

Any thoughts of what I might check next?
