[R-390] C553 replacement?

Hi John,  Although I've not done a study on Vitamin Qs, I've heard that
they are very reliable.  But, I believe they still do fail and the risk is
unnecessary.  Replace it with the recommended cap (SBE series 225P, 418P or
715P Orange Drop 'film and foil', NOT 'metalized film' rated at least 500V).
