[R-390] R-390 Antenna Relay Chatter

Jim, 

The input voltage is 12.6V.
The original bridge rectifier output voltage spec. is 6.5V
The Break-In relay coil is spec at 6V.
Maybe the ~10.5Vdc mean (120Hz pulsed) the coil receive now is a little bit too much.
I recommended to Barry to add a resistor in series with the coil to drop the DC mean to 6.5V.
Maybe it will be less noisy this way...
