[R-390] R-1247 AN/GRC-129 followed me home from NEARfest

Nice find, John.  Our doc says that these units were R-390A's that Manson
Labs modified.  I assume that they were any breed 390A that they could get
their hands on, or did one or specific manufacturers make the 390A's for
them?  Does anyone know how many units the contract was for and what year
the contract was let.?
