[R-390] Posting on our R-390 email list forum with attachments

I'm checking with the QTH.NET support team to find out what the attachment size limit may be.  I would suggest trying to keep it at 1Mb or less. In my personal experience, most email servers like yahoo.com and gmail.com limit the attachment(s) size to about 2-3Mb total.
