Jim, and the group;

I've gotten pretty intimate with a 59 and a 60 S-W and have dealt a lot of 
issues on the journey so far, and I'll share with the list some, if not most 
of what I've noticed along the way. At least it's no longer 1 step forward 
and 2-3 steps back...

I'll also have a few questions about contracts and production, because of 
what I've noticed about these 2 receivers and how the serialization of the 
modules was likely implemented from what I can glean, based on having a fair 
amount of experience in  production and QA/QC settings where data recording 
was critical ...
