[R-390] Finished EAC history doc

Sure  thing, Tom.  Here's the direct link: R390A EAC mfg.pdf (r-390a.net)
<https://www.r-390a.net/R390A%20EAC%20mfg.pdf>.  The usual way to get to
the file is to go to our website's 1st page by entering r-390a.net in the
url on an internet window.  Once there, scroll down a little to the
'history' entry and click on the 1st entry of 3 on the right side.  That
takes you to the history page with different subjects to select.  Here's a
